Graduate PR Role

IBA International is a full-service Business to Business public relations organization delivering international campaigns from a central hub in Oakham, Rutland. The company works with leading edge technology clients, from start-ups and scale-ups to full multinational corporations in industries spanning fintech, enterprise communications, aerospace & defence, oil & gas, insurance analytics and more.
The day-to-day life at IBA is never the same – whether you’re writing articles, blogs, doing exclusive pieces for clients, or having a go at managing our multiple social media channels, you’ll always find yourself immersed in the PR life. The job role includes a 12-month training and development plan where you will work with multiple international technology clients at the forefront of their industries and learn across our three core skillsets: content drafting, media outreach and social media.
A technology background is not required – just an interest in new ideas and how they can change the way we work and the world we live in. The role would involve flexible working options, with hybrid working between home and our office. Our friendly team also organise regular work social events and away days, including a Founders’ Day event at Newmarket Racecourse.
